Our Product Quality

All our Bumpeface Products are made with glycerin pure vegetable formula which moisturizes the skin and include many natural items in them. They also are non-alcohol based and all our Bumpeface Products have been tested on our friends and family never on animals. Colors and styles may vary as each batch is hand made. Time and care has been put into each of our BumpeFace Products for you....our customer.

Credit Card Orders

All orders are placed on an SSL Secure server. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. At this time all credit card orders will appear on your statement as "LaShon Designs", as BumpeFace.com is a division of LaShon Designs.

Checks and Money Orders

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please select that payment option in the shopping cart. Shortly after the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print that e-mail and send it along with your check or money order to:

Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment clears our bank.

If your order totals over $100 USD, or you are shipping to an address outside the United States, or having your order shipped to a different person or mailing address and you are paying via credit card, you will be asked to verify your credit card bank information. This is done in order to prevent fraudulent orders and is in your best interest as well as ours.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over $75.00 USD within the United States. Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. Many of our items are made upon order to give our customers the freshest product possible, and this may delay the delivery date.

Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, however some larger orders may be shipped UPS or FedEx to help keep your cost of shipping down. All orders shipped outside of the Continental States will be shipped USPS and additional shipping charges will be incurred and confirmed upon return email. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. Please note that we CAN NOT ship via UPS or FedEx to PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping is available for in stock items at an additional fee. Please verify product availability and shipping charges to your location via phone at 480-821-2627 or via email at sales@bumpeface.com. This must be done prior to shipment!

In an effort to reduce the amount of waste generated, we recycle the packaging materials we receive whenever possible.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day money back guarantee to retail customers that are not satisfied with our products for any reason. You may return the unused portion for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or for replacement. It would be most helpful if you could give us a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s). You may return unopened, unused items within 15 days for store credit. Shipping costs are non refundable, as are custom wrapped or seasonally wrapped orders returned to us too late for resale. Please contact us for return authorization before you pack the item for shipment.

If you receive damaged items, please notify us of the condition of the package and/or items as soon as you receive it by either calling toll free: 480-821-2627, or emailing; sales@bumpeface.com. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you.
